| I don't know whether this has been posted elsewhere. Got the sad news yesterday that Rev Chushin has died. He was one of the British monks that trained at Shasta and returned to help establish Throssel. He was one of the first monks I met when I went to Throssel. He had a great sense of humour and a kind, generous spirit.
There is a notice on the Throssel Hole website.

George George, thanks for mentioning this. I remember Chushin from our time together at Shasta Abbey in the late 70s. Sorry to hear of his passing, but I wish him smooth sailing!
