Introduction and Nine Bows Empty
PostSubject: Introduction and Nine Bows   Introduction and Nine Bows EmptyFri Nov 26, 2010 8:26 pm

Hello everyone.

I am an ex-member of the Oregon Zen Priory of the late 70s and early 80s time period. Before that I was a kind of pen pal of the long-suffering monks of the Abbey in the early 70s who had to respond to all my weird questions and covert boasting!

I left the sangha to study abroad for a brief period, but still remember the monks and laypeople of those days with enormous fondness...perhaps love. : )

Hi Ilo -- welcome. I hope you enjoy the forum and possibly reconnecting with old friends. You've probably seen some familiar names already.

cheers,

I love you Thanks Lise!

And now I have to pick up my trusty old staff and head off into the mountains again.

Or is it my trusty old toyota and off to my cubicle job?

Singing the Dharma (as my teacher did), being sung by the Dharma!

Bows to all, Much love to all.

Ilo
