I can't remember if I recommended the webcasts from Buddhist Geeks before.

I would say that Buddhist Geeks is the most independent and open forum to discuss Western Dharma. Vince Horn, the founder and host, is fearless at talking about any and all aspects of Buddhist practice and traditions, not afraid to address shadows and contradictions, get into detailed discussions about practice and meditation. All the interviews are available free as podcasts which you can download and subscribe through iTunes. I tend to listen to them when I'm on the treadmilll at the gym or when on an airplane flying somewhere.

Highly recommended.
