I spent Saturday in Cambridge (UK) at a day retreat with the Cambridge and Norwich meditation groups led by Rev Leoma from Throssel. As usual it was a lovely day spent with old and new friends.

It reminded me that I owe a long overdue thank you to to Mark Stratherne, Mike Hughes, Isan, Jimyo and all those former monks who helped make Throssel and OBC Europe what it is today.

So a long overdue big thank you from me.
